Research Symposium: 4/18/24
Residents from each of our 3 local residency programs present research and compete for prizes as the OB/GYN community comes out to support them. Exhibitor booth space is available and fills up completely each year. We expect 80-100 attendees which are primarily local practicing physicians specializing in OB/GYN, as well as some other providers that make up our membership.

Winter Symposium: 11/21/24
By popular demand! Ted-style Talks on current cutting-edge topics of interest to women's health providers. Exhibitor booth space is available and we expect to fill based on the history of our other events. We expect 80-100 attendees which are primarily local practicing physicians specializing in OB/GYN, as well as some other providers that make up our membership.

Dinner Meetings: Monthly
The Society holds monthly educational dinner meetings at our current venue, Mastro's City Hall Steakhouse in Scottsdale on the third Thursdays of most months (see Upcoming Events for current calendar). We have negotiated an attractive all-inclusive rate for our expected 55-65 attendees which is hosted by the sponsoring company. The attendees are Society members, primarily local practicing physicians. Sponsors may have company representatives in attendance to mingle during the reception as well as the seated dinner and presentation. Also, sponsors may have exhibitor space to display any materials, if desired. The company representative will be introduced by the president and allowed a few minutes of podium time before the main presentation begins. The sponsor will also be listed on the dinner invitation to all members and our website (logo on home page and listed on Sponsors page).
